It is of paramount importance for the development of a curriculum of in-house training that the development and delivery of the materials be taken in house. finanSight anticipates that its initial engagement may run up to one or two years, and involve the development of a core of the highest priority courses. Once these courses are developed, finanSight prefers to works with the CPA practice to identify a group of internal trainers and to “train-the-trainers.” In conjunction with training the trainers, finanSight works with the practice training department to bring routine course maintenance in house, and to help the firm acquire the skills to develop additional courses itself.
