DrawSuccess is a program that delivers team transformation. Anchored on an innovative and fun non-competitive board game, the DrawSuccess Program follows a five step process to accelerate teams from forming to performing, and to allow them to have a lot of fun along the way.
The DrawSuccess Five Step Process for Team Transformation is:
- Step 1: The DrawSuccess Team Development Assessment (A proprietary online assessment measuring the level of development of your team on 20 Criteria)
- Step 2: Play the DrawSuccess Game
- Step 3: Implement the DrawSuccess Follow-up Programs (Mini-modules targeted to the areas of development identified in the DrawSuccess Team Development Assessment)
- Step 4: Conduct a Post-Assessment of the team - to demonstrate the effectiveness of DrawSuccess!
- Step 5: DrawSuccess offers additional programs, activities and coaching to ensure the ongoing sustainability of the program!
